REPORTS TO VP-, CLIENT MANAGEMENT
THIS POSITION WILL DEVELOP & MAINTAIN EXISTING AND NEW CLIENT
RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER FOCUSED ATTITUDE AND
PROJECT MANAGEMENT TO AN ASSIGNED BASE OF CLIENTS,
FUNCTION AS THE PRIMARY LIAISON BETWEEN COMPANY AND ASSIGNED CLIENT
BASE USING CONSULTATIVE APPROACH TO MANAGE THE ACCOUNT AND EXCEED
ALL CLIENT NEEDS. REQUIRES DAILY INTERFACE WITH ALL INTERNAL TEQAM
MEMBERS AND CLIENT CONTACTS AT MANAGEMENT LEVELS VIEA EMAIL, PHONE,
AND IN PERSON. INTERNAL TEAM MEMBERS CAN BE LOCATED IN THE SURROUNDING
MANHATTAN AREA.
ASSIST INTHE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS WITH CLIENT, VENDORS, AND INTERNAL
STAFF TO MEET CLIENT AND COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
CUSTOM DESIGN A COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR CLIENTS
BASED ON THGEIR CULTURE, BUDGET, AND EXISTING RESOURCES TO SUCCESSFULLY
PROMOTE THEIR WELLNESS EFFORTS AND ONLINE SYSTEM.
NEEDS A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MARKETING OR RELATED FIELD
6+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER/CLIENT FACING IN A HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION
6+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, BENEFITS, AND /OR HEALTHCARE
6+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN WELLNESS IS PREFERABLE.
50% TRAVEL
HIGH LEVEL OF COMPETENCY IN BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATION
