PERINATAL
NURSING BACKGROUND REQUIRED!
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERALL QUALITY OF CARE AND SUPERVISION OF THE
HOME CARE SITE ENCOMPASSING NURSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION.
FACILITIES COORDINATION OF CARE BETWEEN HOME CARE SITE AND MONITORING
CENTER.
ASSIST WITH RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, HIRING, ORIENTATION, AND EVALUATION
OF HOME CARE SITE PERSONNEL.
MANAGE CLINICAL & ADMINISTRATIVE STAFFING IN THE HOME CARE SITES.
FACILITATE CAE COORDINATION BETWEEN HOME CARE SITE & MONITORING
CENTER.
PROVIDE ON-GOING EDUCATION, IN-SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAMS AND COMPETENCY
EVALUATIONS TO IMPROVE PATIENT CARE AND EMPLOYEE EFFICIENCY FOR
ALL HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL.
DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL RAPPORT WITH KEY PHYSICIANS AND HOSPITALS WITHIN
THIS GEOGRAPHIC AREA. PROVIDE SALES SUPPORT TO THE SALES DEPARTMENT.
85-110K BASE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
ALSO MUST HAVE AN RN DEGREE WITH BSN PREFERRED
MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PERINATAL NURSING REQUIRED
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
CURRENT RN LICENSE FOR CALIFORNIA
EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, SOUND INDEPENDENT
JUDGEMENT, INITIATIVE, AND SOLID ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED.
OCCASIONAL OVERNIGHT TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUPPORT OFF-SITE
MEETINGS AND EDUCATIONAL CLASSES.
