Larry
Cooper is the President of Cooper Staffing & Consulting,
Inc. and has been successfully involved in the Executive
Search
Industry for over 17 years. He and his team of professional
recruiters have distinguished themselves within the pharmaceutical,
medical, and biotech industries for their strong reputation
of integrity and high quality search and placement.
Prior
to his current role as President of Cooper Staffing, Larry
was a leading billing manager with Management Recruiters International
(MRI) in Atlanta. There he led a team of professional recruiters
to the Top 4 in billing volume of over 800 MRI Corporate Offices.
He was the first MRI Corporate Manager to exceed the one-million
dollar mark in cash-in volume and production. He was also
a multiple Regional and National Award Winner, including:
3-time winner of the CSAM Award (Certified Senior Account
Manager), 3-time winner of Account Executive of the Year,
and 11-time Pacesetter Award Winner.
Larry
has been the Team Leader for expansions with Merck, Bristol
Myers Squibb, Dupont, Pharmacia-Upjohn, and several other
very successful organizations. He is frequently recognized
as one of the top Pharmaceutical Recruiters in the Nation.

Larry has his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from
the University of Tennessee. He had a very successful career
in sales, sales management, and owner / dealer in the automobile
industry for 19 years prior to becoming a professional recruiter.
Larry
and his wife Alice have been married for 36 years. They
reside
in Atlanta and have three sons, Tyson, Craig, and Stuart,
all of whom work for Cooper Staffing.

Craig & Laura have a beautiful baby daughter, Karis Elizabeth
Cooper, who will turn 5 on March 11, 2008. Joshua
will turn 3 in August.
Craig is an honor’s
graduate from the University of Tennessee. He is
know serving as a full time minster at Cornerstone Church
in Knoxville, TN. They are expecting a new daughter any day. |

Terry
is one of the best-known & respected recruiters in
the country.She has been specializing in the pharmaceutical
industry since 1976 when she began developing her recruitment
skills as a top producer at Dunhill, of St. Louis Missouri,
later moving into corporate life focusing on Physician Recruitment
and Scheduling with Spectrum Emergency Care, and it's subsidiary
CMS (Correctional Medical Systems), KV Pharmaceutical Company
as Training & Recruitment Manager, and in 1983 joined Goldline
Laboratories, as Director of Human Resources for Goldline, Bioline
& Superpharm Corporation. While maintaining traditional
human resource functions, she never lost sight of her greatest
talent "recruitment". In 1992 after Goldline Laboratories
was sold to IVAX Corporation, she put her talents to recruiting
full- time in the areas of managerial, and technical positions
to the pharmaceutical, and related industries. Terry offers
a unique blend of recruitment and corporate experience, and
understands the entire staffing process-- employing urgency
to fill positions, while considering the most cost-efficient
way of reaching that goal . Terry is well known, and maintains
an excellent reputation in the pharmaceutical industry for her

Terry is a graduate of Maryville College, now Maryville University
