President
Tyson Cooper is the President of Cooper Staffing of Chattanooga. He has been with Cooper
Staffing for 7 years as of January 2010. He has placed
hundreds of candidates in the pharmaceutical, biotech,
medical device and even telecom industries with his focus
being pharmaceutical and biotech. He has been involved
in numerous expansions where he has personally placed
30 - 50 candidates in a one-month time frame. His forte
is pharma/biotech sales and sales management recruiting,
but he has placed Vice Presidents, HR Directors, Regional
Directors, Product Managers, etc. He has an excellent
reputation with all of the managers, directors and human
resource managers that he has recruited for as well as
thousands of candidates. Prior to Cooper Staffing, Tyson
was consistently the #1 cellular phone sales rep for 6
consecutive years in the Southeast out of over 300 sales
reps with Cellular Sales, an agent of Bellsouth Mobility/Cingular
Wireless (now AT&T). Tyson graduated from the University
of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor's in Chemistry
and a Minor in Biology and achieved 7 consecutive Dean's
Lists. Tyson has been married for over 11 years to his
beautiful wife Niki Cooper. They have 2 girls, Jordan
and McCade.
